Nsagi Village is now able to access safe and clean water. They previously relied on water from a surface pond that they shared with animals ( cows and goats). The water in this pond was very dirty and many of the villagers often struggled with Typhoid. During some months of the year, this pond would dry up making life more difficult.

The new well is located just in the middle of the village that all households can access it easily. The well taps from ground water that is much safer and clean. We expect that the health and income levels of the villagers will improve as a result of this intervention.

Thanks so much to BridgIT Water Foundation and Walk For Water 100.
